Watch ESPN UK Video: Premier League restart plans will lead to ‘an absolute mess’ – Julien Laurens | ESPN FC. ESPN FC’s Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens discuss the Premier League’s current plans to restart the season after the coronavirus crisis. Both agree that English football cannot follow the same kind of restart plan as the Bundesliga as Germany has suffered much less than Britain in the crisis. Gab states his disagreement with proposals to play games at neutral venues in order to finish the season and says if relegation is scrapped as a result, then clubs like Leeds United or West Brom in the Championship will need to be financially compensated.
