Istanbul Başakşehir’s 1-0 victory over Wolfsberger in the reverse fixture continued a trend that has seen their last six matches separate the teams by less than 1.5 goals at full-time (W3, D3 – in all competitions). That’s also been the case in four of their last five competitive away games – the exception being a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Roma in their last UEL road trip. Enzo Crivelli has netted the opener in three of the four Başakşehir games he’s scored in this term. That Roma defeat might not have surprised Başakşehir fans considering they have recorded just one clean sheet across eight previous away fixtures in this tournament, conceding at least two goals on six occasions, and shipping the opener by the 30th minute in four.
